When it comes to gun control, there should be three tests people should take to receive a gun:

  1. Background test
  2. Criminal test
  3. Lie detector test
Based on the results of theses tests should determine if any person can receive a gun or not. The test should be retake once every year should the person mental state change.

 Also, there should be any detector that can find guns and bullets anywhere. This would make it much easier to seize guns and much easier for the police too.
