Discharging National Debt!!!

Again there should be a way where the national debt can get discharged! There is actually a way any debt can get discharged  already now! It's called the LPN/CAP security by David Young here: https://www.debtloanpayoff.com

 When the debt is fully discharged, it should also earn more money, which can fund the banks to create guaranteed investments (Turn $1 into $100 etc.) 

 Lastly, this should fund social welfare programs that would increase the amount.
